The Retreat
Longleaf Reserve is a sanctuary in the making — a micro-resort and wellness retreat woven into ten acres of pine forest and open meadow, where stillness is the amenity and nature sets the pace.
Here, luxury is not loud. It is morning mist on the pond, linen warmed by lamplight, and the rare permission to rest deeply, reconnect with what matters, and experience the quiet beauty of rural Louisiana.
Rooted in rest. Created for renewal.

The Experience

Wellness is not an offering here — it is the foundation. From sunrise practice in the pavilion to fireside stillness after dark, every space is designed to help you slow down and come back to yourself.
Yoga, meditation, and sound baths beneath a canopy of pine.
Slow walks, quiet water, and ten acres made for wandering.
Evenings of embers, blankets, and unhurried conversation.
Open green space that shifts gently with the seasons.
Dark rural skies, far from the glow of the city.
Intentional settings for retreats, celebrations, and connection.

The Vision
Every detail of Longleaf Reserve has been considered before a single foundation is poured. This concept plan traces how the land will hold you — eight light-filled stays gathered around a central pond, woven together by pine-shaded paths and shared spaces for gathering, restoring, and quieting down.

Reading the land
Four geodesic glamping domes on wooden decks, clustered beside the pond for dawn-lit, glass-ceilinged stays.
Four tiny homes tucked among the pines along the upper edge of the land — private, warm, and forest-facing.
A central pond with a quiet dock and two chairs — the still heart the whole property turns toward.
A wooden deck beneath a transparent geodesic dome for practice under sky and stars alike.
An event clearing ringed with blooms — a ceremony and gathering space for fifty guests or fewer.
A stone fire ring of Adirondack chairs, and a pergola-shaded kitchen with long tables for shared evenings.
“Ten acres of peace and nature — a retreat designed to be felt long before it is built.”

Our Story
Longleaf Reserve begins on land that has been in my father's family for generations — ten acres in rural Louisiana with the quiet expectation that it be cared for and, one day, put to good use. My goal is to transform that land into something that honors the legacy handed down to me while creating lasting value for the generations to come.
The heart of this retreat is inspired by my mother, whose journey through life profoundly shaped my own perspective. Watching her taught me, early on, how essential it is to have space for rest, reflection, and emotional well-being — and how easily that space can slip away. Longleaf Reserve is my answer to that lesson. While no destination can solve life's deepest challenges, I believe a place designed with intention can encourage us to pause, reconnect with ourselves, and make our well-being a priority.
Here, on this family land, anyone can disconnect, breathe deeply, and find their way back to themselves — while bringing new life and opportunity to a rural community we love.
